Nicole Fletcher, principal consultant at Fletcher Art & Museum Consulting, is an accomplished specialist in art and museum management, with a focus on copyright and  cataloguing. Her extensive experience includes providing services to public institutions and private collectors aimed at enhancing the accessibility and preservation of cultural assets.​  

 

Nicole has played a pivotal role in rights clearance for several major art publications and oversees applications to the Canadian Cultural Property Review Board (CCPERB). Her expertise also extends to managing intricate artwork inventories and leading cataloguing projects, ensuring comprehensive documentation and compliance with industry standards.​  

 

Nicole earned her Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a Master of Arts in History from the Joint Master's Program at the University of Winnipeg and University of Manitoba. Additionally, she completed a Canadian Copyright course from Canadian Copyright Law, which has further equipped her to navigate the complexities of copyright law in the arts.​​
